Knightsdale Wines were created by Weibel Family Vineyards & Winery for companies and markets seeking a brand that conveys a bit of nobility and royalty in its line of wines.

Originally launched in 2006 with a 2004 Pinot Noir from Mendocino County, Knightsdale Wines quickly garnered a reputation for high quality wines priced for the premium and super-premium suggested retail price categories. Knightsdale Wines have won multiple awards and medals from The Dallas Morning News Wine Competition, San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, Pacific Rim International Wine Competition, and many other competitions and publications.

Made by Winemaker Owen Smith, the wines are selected from lots harvested from the Weibel Family Vineyards & Winery's estate H&W Vineyards in Mendocino County and others throughout California. The select lots of wine are blended to create a popular, accessible wine style that promotes ripe varietal fruit flavors with a smooth texture on the palate.
